The multiple heading machines

The multiple heading machines cut the stripes 620 mm. width in paving tiles with the requested measure.

The spindles are assembled on a beam with a linear system with two self-aligning guides, protected by a stainless steel covering, with manual lubrification of the moving pieces.

The beam is assembled on two side bearings sliding on special guides with self-lubrificating roller bearing. All the spindles are indipendent and each one carries a Hp 5,5 motor and a disk with a diameter of mm.350.
